PLANS

Floor Plan
This is a scaled diagram or blueprint of the arrangement of all rooms in one story of a building. This defines all the construction specifications of a residential house such as dimensions, materials, layouts, installation methods and techniques.

Roof Plan
This is the placement of all Laths, Rafters, Fascia boards and Eaves including distances. This is also the type of roof that is being designed to fit the uppermost part of a building.

Foundation Plan
A Foundation is the most important part of any building, this is where all the strength comes from. This is a sketch of the baseline of the entire structure. It represents the view of the structure that looks as if it was planned on a horizontal plane. It is used to show the design and how constructors anticipate building it. Here we decide the different size and type of Footings along with the size beams and columns. This sometimes require the services of a professional Stamped Engineer.
ELEVATIONS

An elevation is a horizontal orthographic projection of a building on to a vertical plane, the vertical plane normally being parallel to one side of the building. Architects also use the word elevation as a synonym for façade, so the north elevation is literally the north-facing wall of the building.
3D DESIGNS

Here we show you how your building will look in reality, from each possible angle inside and out. This gives clients a better understanding of what they are going to get in the end.
